The electrical systems include two circuit boards: one for lights and power, and a second pre-wired to accommodate stoves, air conditioning, and even solar power. Once connected, the units are ready to go. They are easily set up for off-grid living.
The floors are made of compressed fibro, which is impervious to water, preventing wood rot even in wet areas. Rodents or animals cannot chew through the material, providing a durable and robust base. The walls are constructed from 75mm cool room panels, the same material used to insulate home refrigerators. This ensures warmth in winter and coolness in summer, greatly reducing heating and cooling costs. Units have been tested in both snow and tropical climates. The walls are also made of galvanized steel.

All windows are double-glazed for soundproofing and improved insulation and come equipped with flyscreens. The wiring, power points, and lights meet Australian standards.
All connections are located at the rear of the units. Power can be connected with a 15-amp lead, similar to a caravan, or hard-wired if more power is required for additional appliances. Plumbing is also simple to set up, with water easily plumbed in from a garden hose, making it cost-effective.
The units are delivered in 20-foot containers and then expanded to approximately 6x6 meters. Installation and expansion take only a few days, allowing quick move-in to new tiny homes.
